We had a great time last Sunday at the Gettin’ Sauced: Texas BBQ Sauce Contest which was hosted by our friends over at Man Up Texas BBQ. There was live music, cold beer, and some delicious barbecue sauces from all over Central Texas. The results were announced this past week, and Black’s Barbecue is excited that we placed several of our sauces in the top 10 of both judges’ and peoples’ choice:

• Norma Jean Black’s Barbecue Sauce: 4th place, judges’ panel
• Pepper Sauce: 7th place (tied), judges’ panel
• Chipotle Mustard Pepper Sauce: 4th place, peoples’ choice
