Subject: Thank you for the best brisket we’ve ever eaten!

Hi,

About a month ago, I placed an order for some brisket, sausage, and (since we’re now living in Maine) a desperately hopeful request for for some flour tortillas.

What arrived turned out to be the best brisket along with the most fabulous sausage we’ve ever eaten. Did I mention that the tortillas were scrumptious too? Thank you so much for everything. I know you probably had to hunt the tortillas down and we really, truly, appreciate it. I’d have made them but I had just had surgery and rolling tortillas was against both doctor’s and husband’s orders.

Thank you again so very, very much for everything. It was all wonderful!

P.S. Come to think of it, my wound is healing up pretty quick – I say it’s the brisket!
