We traveled to Texas week before Easter 2012, a road trip that must be called BBQ trip ,after finding out where you were hiding all this time , we treked to middle of Texas from New Jersey , I , being a food lover and BBQ holds special place in my Heart (belly) and having tasted food around the world , By far Texas BBQ at Blacks is the best, The pork ribs were out of this world, Manny the pit master on the day of the visit gave us a Tour of the smokers in the Pit , i took pictures and posted them on FB didnt know you had your own blog here !!! it was truly memorable and very nice of him. I always say ,BBQ makes people Happy , So , I will be BACK.
